Retreat House Policies


To make a reservation please fill in the form below. Fr. Cory will contact you as soon as possible to confirm date availability; a 50% deposit will be required to hold the reservation.

It is against the policy of the Episcopal Church, the Diocese of Western Michigan, All Saints Episcopal Church of Saugatuck, and the Saugatuck Retreat House to discriminate against anyone based on race, age, gender and/or gender preference, sexual orientation, national origin, creed, religion, or handicap. However, all uses of the Retreat House are subject to the approval of the House Manager or the Retreat House Committee or the Vestry.

  • Children are allowed under adult supervision.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m. Arrangements for late check-out needs to be made in advance.
  • Alcohol is allowed in the Retreat House. Renters are asked to drink responsibly. State law prohibits minors under the age of 21 from consuming alcoholic beverages, and we ask that our guests abide by this.
  • Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house, but are allowed on the grounds.

Rates & Reservations


June - August          $400 per night

September - May    $300 per night

*There is a discount for a full week stay


Day meetings for seminars and workshops (not overnight) - $100 per day. For these events we can accommodate approximately 20 to 25 people.


The All Saints Retreat House is an ideal location for a small group to meet, enjoy Saugatuck and the surrounding area, and spend time together. We welcome church groups, college and university retreats, non-profit organizations, and wedding parties celebrating their marriage at All Saints. We also encourage groups in the visual and performing arts to make use of our facilities.




  • Five bedrooms which can accommodate up to eleven people. Four of the bedrooms have two twin beds, one bedroom has a single bed and there are two roll away beds available.
  • Two full bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs.
  • Fully furnished house with a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided. Please note we do not have designated beach towels, so if you plan on going to the beach, remember to pack some from home.
  • TV offering local channels, a VCR, and a DVD player.


Please note that the Retreat House is not handicap accessible at this time; we hope to make this change in the very near future.
